This explains what happens to your information when you use this site. It is written under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and it is short because this site does very little with your data.
The contact form does not send anything to me
The three questions on the contact page are answered in your browser. They compose a WhatsApp message and nothing else. No server receives them, and I do not have a database of enquiries. If you close the tab without pressing send, your answers are gone and I never saw them.
What I hold, and only after you message me
Once you actually send that WhatsApp message or an email, I have whatever you chose to tell me: usually your name, your phone number or email address, your business, and what you want built. That conversation sits in WhatsApp and in Gmail, which are run by Meta and Google under their own privacy terms.
What I use it for
Replying to you, quoting your project, and doing the work if you go ahead. That is the whole list. I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or pass your number to anyone else. There is no mailing list and you will not be added to one.
Visitor numbers
I use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. I see totals, not people, which is why this site has no cookie pop-up.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that never become projects: deleted within about a year. Client records: kept for seven years after the project, because Malaysian tax rules require business records to be retained that long.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Message the WhatsApp number or email address on the contact page and I will do it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Other people's websites
This site links out to sites I have built and to WhatsApp. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their rules, not mine.
