No surprises. That is the process.
Every stage below has a day count, a deliverable, and a line that says what I need from you. Projects fail on fuzziness, so this page removes it.
- Day 0
Fit call.
A WhatsApp conversation, or a short call if you would rather talk, about your business, what the site needs to do, and which tier fits. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
What I need from you
Fifteen minutes and honesty about your budget expectations.
- Days 1 to 7
Deposit and content.
A written scope with tier, page list, timeline and terms. Work starts on a 30% deposit. I send a simple checklist of what I need from you: text, photos, logo, prices, hours.
What I need from you
Your content within 7 days. If it arrives late, delivery moves by the same number of days. This clause exists because content is how projects stall.
- Days 3 to 9
Design direction.
I design the look for your review before building it: palette, type, layout, and how the signature section works. You approve a direction, not a finished surprise.
What I need from you
One consolidated round of honest reactions.
- Days 7 to 18
The build.
The full site, built and tested on real phones. You get a private preview link that updates as sections land, so nothing is hidden until a reveal.
What I need from you
Nothing. Watch it come together.
- Days 14 to 20
Revisions.
Your tier's revision rounds, applied. A revision changes something already in the agreed design: copy, colours, spacing, images, timing. New pages or a new direction are a scope change, quoted in writing before any work.
What I need from you
Feedback collected in one list per round, not a drip feed.
- Final days
Handover and launch.
Balance of 70% is settled, then the site goes live on your domain and everything transfers: code, content, accounts, access. You own the site outright. No lock-in, no hostage hosting.
What I need from you
The balance, and fifteen minutes to learn the editing basics.
- 7 to 30 days by tier
After launch.
Your tier's support window covers bugs and technical issues: broken links, form errors, hosting problems. Content edits and design changes sit outside it; that is what the optional monthly care plan is for.
What I need from you
Nothing. Report anything odd and it gets fixed.
You own everything at the end.
Code, content, domain, hosting account, analytics: all of it transfers to you at handover, documented. If we part ways after launch, your site keeps running without me. The optional monthly care plan exists because it is useful, not because you are trapped.
