Three packages, one honest way in.
Every feature each package includes is listed here in full. Prices are discussed on WhatsApp once I know what you actually need, and the section at the bottom explains exactly what moves the number, so nothing on the call will surprise you.
Feature lists are hard to picture. Open the same cafe built at all three tiers and switch between them.

What moves the price.
No two builds cost the same, but the estimate is never a mystery. Five things decide it.
Page count
Four pages and twelve pages are different projects.
Custom vs adapted design
A layout designed from zero costs more than a refined template.
Self-editable content
A CMS lets you change prices and photos yourself, forever.
Booking and payments
Live integrations need building, testing and securing.
Signature animation or 3D
The centrepiece work in the Premium tier is real engineering.
The terms, upfront
30% deposit to start, 70% before handover. Content due within 7 days of deposit; late content moves delivery by the same number of days. Extra work outside scope is quoted before it happens.
Questions people ask first
The five that come up in almost every conversation. If yours is not here, ask me on WhatsApp.
How much does a website cost?
There are three packages, and the price depends on how many pages you need and whether you need things like a booking form, an online menu you can edit yourself, or a shop. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, so the number never moves after you have said yes.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks for a simple site, two to three weeks for a bigger one. The part that decides it is not the building, it is how fast your text, photos and logo arrive. Sites where everything is ready on day one finish early.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On final payment the site, the code and the domain are yours, and I hand over every file and login. You are not renting it from me and you are not locked in. If you ever want to move to someone else, you can take it with you.
What do you need from me?
Your text, photos, logo, services and prices, and your opening hours. I ask for it within seven days of the deposit, because that is what keeps the timeline honest. If you do not have photos or the words yet, say so early and we will work out what to do about it.
Can I change things later?
During the build, yes, that is what the revision rounds are for. After launch you have two options: a monthly plan where I handle the changes and keep the site online, or pay by the hour at RM120 when something comes up. On the middle and top packages you can also edit your own text, prices and photos without touching code.
Not sure which package fits?
Tell me what your business does. If a smaller tier covers it, that is what I will recommend.
