Hone.
Appointment-only barber room, Chinatown KL. Three chairs above a kopitiam, and a front door you walk through by scrolling.

The brief it was built to.
Concept brief: sell a room nobody can see from the street. No signboard, no walk-ins, and a first impression that has to do the work a shopfront normally does.
- Next.js
- Scroll-scrubbed film
- Generated photography
- Static rendering
You open the door, and scrolling walks you in.
The hero is a photograph taken from just inside the doorway. Scrolling scrubs a real five-second camera move forward through that door until you are standing in the middle of the room. The film is encoded with a short keyframe interval so seeking is exact, and chases a damped target rather than the raw scroll position, so it reads as a camera being walked rather than a flicker book.
What a barbershop or salon gets from this: a page that answers where we are, what it costs and how to book before anyone has to ask, and a booking message that arrives on WhatsApp already written.
