The brief it was built to.

Concept brief: what a person with a plot is actually afraid of is not an ugly house. It is a contractor who walks off, and a handover date that keeps moving. So the page argues that we finish, and gives the seven months of the programme that have nothing to photograph the same room as the parts that do. The record it shows is 58 of 63 on time, not a perfect score, because a perfect score is not believed.

Scroll runs the build, and the readout is the schedule.

The hero plays a time-lapse of one house going up on one plot, and scrolling takes it over and runs it. The interesting part is what scroll actually moves. A film cannot be scrubbed sharply: every scroll frame writes a new time, and the decoder has to rebuild that frame from the preceding keyframe, so the sharp cut manages zero frames a second under a scrub and even a keyframe-aligned 1280 cut is the ceiling. So scroll scrubs 212 still images drawn to a canvas, which have no seek at all, and the sharp film is seeked once and faded back the instant scrolling stops. You get 1600px and seventy frames a second while moving, and the full 2560px cut the moment you hold still. Riding on top of it is a site week counting W00 to W62, so what is being animated is the programme rather than the geometry.

What a builder or contractor gets from this: proof that a job runs start to finish rather than a gallery of finished houses anyone could have photographed, a plan that redraws itself to the visitor's own lot size, a cost page that gives a real range per square foot instead of asking them to call, and an enquiry that arrives on WhatsApp with the plot already described.
